Annotation:
The article discusses the current conditions for preparation, development and implementa- tion of political and economic decisions concerning the development of the Republic of Buryatia as one of the key donor constituent entities of the Russian Federation. There is a need to adopt new effective planning decisions aimed at the controlled economic growth of the federal subjects located in Baikal Natural Territory and the East of Russia in order to improve the “Strategy for the Socio-Economic Development of Russia and the Far Eastern Federal Entities until 2035”. We propose new for Buryatia political and economic instru- ments for development and improvement of state and public management of economic growth in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation in the face of challenges of new technological structures and socio-economic competition between the East of Russia and foreign states.
