In this paper, taking “B&R” in the process of construction, culture highlights the bridge and the leading role of the borderland minority B&R in China urban characteristic cultural significance and present situation analysis, proposed in the process of construction along the “B&R” play to the border B&R national history, cultural advantages, strengthen corresponding path of city characteristic culture.
