Annotation:
The assessment of the provision of medical care to patients with a cardiological pro- file over the past three years, the analysis of indicators of incidence, primary access to disability, the provision of high-tech care and prevention. Over the past three years, there has been an increase in the incidence of hypertension, but a decrease in the inci- dence of coronary heart disease, including acute myocardial infarction, by 4% com- pared to 2017. In comparison with the previous year, the indicator of primary disabil- ity increased in general among people of working age. According to the city polyclin- ic № 3, mortality from diseases of the circulatory system in 2018 decreased by 11.6% from 425.4 to 376.2 per 1 thousand people. The actual indicator is lower by 22.3% of the target indicator according to the “road map” (484.0) and lower than in Belarus (448.4) for 2018, the Russian Federation (587.6) for 2017.
