Annotation:
In recent years, the concept of curriculum development has been specifically designed and used as a paradigm. For example, the concept of the program of the Mongolian Na- tional University of Education was developed in 2015 and updated. In 2007, the Pedagogical University of Inner Mongolia made new developments and measures for the implementation of the program.
It is believed that comparable curriculum comparisons cannot be made without examining the programs that should be designed to improve achievements, and program reforms, as well as the principle of program concepts and actions as the basis for implementing the concepts.
In the article, we conduct a comparative study of the graphic design program at the above universities and state the features and various aspects of their principles, the simi- larity of their lines in concepts.
