Annotation:
In the modern educational concept of the Russian society «Our New School», the first task is to develop the abilities of each student. This is not only a psychological and pedagogical problem, but also a social one, in the solution of which the system of additional education is of great importance.
The problem of abilities arises when considering the personality as a subject of activity, when the person with all its inherent properties acts as the carrier of abilities. Subjective properties characterize students as a subject of educational work, communication and cog- nition and include the features of attention, memory, perception. The integration of these properties are abilities.
