Annotation:
This article deals with interim measures in the performance of public contracts in ac- cordance with the Federal law «Оn the contract system in the field of procurement of goods, works, services for state and municipal needs» from 05.04.2013 № 44-FZ. The analysis of law enforcement practice to ensure the execution of public contracts, con- sidered the legal regulation in the field of enforcement of contracts.
