The article analyzes land disputes related to the provision of land from state and munic- ipal land in the Republic of Buryatia. Attention was paid to the problems of law en- forcement, the results of the work of the Ministry of Property and Land Relations of the Republic of Buryatia and the Property Management and Land Use Committee of Ulan- Ude were reviewed.
