PROBLEMS IN THE LEGAL REGULATION OF THE STATE CIVIL SERVICE IN THE COURT SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

In the article, the author analyzed the federal and regional legislation regulating the activities of civil servants, the category of which also includes employees of the courts of general jurisdiction of the Russian Federation. The problems and contradictions of such regulation are highlighted. The existing deficiencies in the studied legal regulation significantly reduce both the independence and independence of the judiciary, and the effectiveness of the judicial system as a whole.
