PROBLEMS OF LEGAL REGULATION OF LABOR PAYMENT FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE COURT APPARATUS

The paper is considered of the issues of material support and highlights the problem of insufficient financial support for the activities of court personnel. This provision has significant implications for the development of the judicial system, as well as for the formation of the rule of law. The author has analyzed the legislation regulating the re- muneration of public civil servants of the courts in the judicial system of the Russian Federation. There is a failure to fulfill the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation on the issues of improving the material support of state civil servants of the courts, expressed in the suspension of the already adopted regulatory legal acts in this area.
