Annotation:
This article is devoted to specific issues of prosecutorial oversight of compliance with labor laws, as well as labor rights and freedoms of employees. In accordance with the norms of both international and domestic legislation, everyone is guaranteed the right to free labor, the establishment of state guarantees to protect the rights of workers by all means not prohibited by law, including by contacting supervisors. The Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation is one of the bodies that protect the rights of workers. The author draws attention to the inadmissibility of replacing labor contracts with civil contracts, as well as the problem of paying so-called gray salaries or salaries in enve- lopes, when part of the remuneration is not included in the taxable base, which leads to a substantial violation of the rights of the state and, in first of all, the workers themselves.
