Annotation:
In given article problems of the organisation and the basic tendencies of devel- opment of publishing in Buryatiya post-war time (1946–1953) are considered. The special attention is given process of search of the new ways increasing efficiency of publishing. The author of article generalises the most significant sources, many of which were earlier inaccessible, and applies the dialectic approach allowing to the full to consider a phenomenon of the Buryat publishing of the specified period. A number of the factors preceding creation of the Buryat Soviet publishing is stu- died. It is proved, that the most significant are groups ideological and t The general a civilisationhe factors considered in dynamics of their interaction and interfe- rence. The importance of scientific studying of questions of history of publishing As necessary conditions of development of sphere of spiritual culture and forma- tion in region is underlined.
