Annotation:
The absence of the author's ideal is one of the reasons for the misunderstanding by contemporary schoolchildren of the works of this writer. When analyzing the story «Student» it is proposed to pay attention to the change in the state of mind of the hero and the change in his assessment of the surrounding world after the biblical story about Peter. In the work «Ionich» it is necessary to understand the process of the death of the hero's soul after the scene in the cemetery. In the story «The Violin of Rothschild» it is important to notice the hero's need for music, contrasting the disharmony of the material world and the harmony of the world of art that transforms man and life itself. In the «The Bride» it is necessary to understand that the very idea of a new life, the person's striving for change is shown. Each story is offered a series of questions for discussion in the lesson and conclusions that can be reached in the conclusion.
