Аннотация:
В статье рассматриваются механизмы адаптации и реализации механизмов управления организации инновационной деятельностью муниципальных образовательных учреждений в городе Улан-Удэ. Проведен ретроспективный анализ восприятия руководством муниципальных образовательных учреждений механизмов аутсорсинга и франчайзинга. Оценка восприятия осуществлена в двух позиций: в зависимости от уровня современных знаний и в зависимости от степени принятия и ожидания. Предложены механизмы реализации аутсорсинга и франчайзинга в муниципальных образовательных учреждениях.
