ANALYSIS OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT IN THE REGIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Public-private partnership significantly influences the development of social infra- structure, because the public sector directly interacts with business environment, where pri- vate enterprises not only finance the construction or reconstruction of an object, but also provide services on it or perform maintenance. The study is aimed at creating a model that will allow for an effective analysis of the factors that significantly influence the develop- ment of public-private partnership. The article uses data published by the Ministry of Eco- nomic Development of the Russian Federation. The key objective of the study is to imple- ment cluster analysis and with its help find objects that affect the PPP sphere according to specific criteria.
