The article analyzes the current state of the parasitic fauna of roach in Lake Gusinoye. We have revealed the significant differences in the abundance and species diversity of parasite communities Rutilus rutilus in roach, caught in Gusinoye Lake in the area of warm waters discharge by GRES and in waters with average reservoir temperature values. An analysis of the structure of component communities of parasites has shown that in the warm-water ecotone the species diversity is higher and the influence of the dominant species is insignificant. All significant differences in the number and occurrence of parasites show a decrease in indicators in warm waters.
