As a result of revision of the main herbarium collections of Russia containing collections from Transbaikalia, we have listed all currently known locations of species Oxytropis lanata and O. sylvatica, included in the Red Book of Zabaikalsky Krai (2017). Based on the redefinition of herbarium collections from this territory, which previously were attributed to O. tompudae, we stated that there is no the taxon under study in this region. The results of the study on distribution of rare species of the genus Oxytropis will be useful in compiling the next edition of the Red Book of Zabaikalsky Krai and analyzing the flora of the region.
