Annotation:
The conscientious fulfillment by parents of the rights and obligations to raise their chil- dren, care for their future, is a task of not only private, but also state significance. This article sets out a general description of the implementation of the rights and obligations of parents in relation to their children, according to the family legislation of the Russian Federation. The points of view of scientists regarding the volume of legal regulation of the rights and obligations of parents are studied, their own opinion is reflected on the legal regulation of the status of parents. The author draws conclusions about the need to improve the norms of the Family Code of the Russian Federation regarding parental control over the information security of children.
