The article addresses the concept of “life strategies,” widely used in various scientific disciplines but lacking a unified definition. The authors attempt to systematize the main theoretical approaches to studying this phenomenon. In Western science, research in this direction relies on the concept of “life course studies.” Overall, the existing approaches to the study of life strategies in modern science are quite diverse, and their individual elements can be used in various combinations depending on theoretical and practical research tasks.
