The paper represents the review for collective monography in two volumes ― The world Mongolian studies‖ (Ulaanbataar, 2015), prepared by big group of Mongolian scholars. The paper gives characteristics of world centers of Mongolian studies and short characteristics of leading mongolists in the world. The book consists of information about 893 mongolists from 26 countries. The important place is devoted to Russian centers of Mongolian studies and opinions of leading specialists in Mongolian studies in Russia.
