ON THE PROBLEM OF COLLECTING INFORMATION ON MULTIDISCIPLINARY SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH IN TUNKINSKY NATIONAL PARK

Information support is required for sustainable management of the territory. The article names the main organizations that study the natural features of the locality. We have presented the results of research work carried out on the territory of Tunkinsky National Park, and considered the activities of Department for Science and Environmental Education. The analysis shows that there are some problems in collecting information on the results of scientific research in Tunkinsky National Park. Taking into account, that the research has the multifaceted nature, it is difficult to create a unified comprehensive information database in the park. In order to develop scientific foundations for the preservation of natural re- sources, and ensure the sustainable development of the territory, it is necessary to continue forming scientific funds, developing a system for collecting and storing information, provid- ing its accessibility, as well as using data exchange.
