Annotation:
The market approach to commercialization of the innovative products manufac- tured in Industry 4.0 factories is based on the principles of complementary management ap- plied to the technical and economic parameters of high-tech developments. The technical aspects of management consist in regulating the parameters responsible for the production component of the product life cycle contract. The economic aspects of management are im- plemented at the stages of scientific research, promotion of a digital or physical product on the market, maintenance service, etc. Complementary management is specified by the mutu- al dependence of the technical and economic parameters of the stages of product develop- ment, which affects the consumption volumes. The article presents a closed-loop scheme of interacting participants in the market of high-tech developments commercialization, as well as a scheme of the control system that synchronizes the processes and regulates the parame- ters of product development stages, which affect the cost and consumer value of products.
