BUSINESS ECOSYSTEMS IN THE RESEARCH FIELD

With the transition to a new technological paradigm, a model for organizing and supporting entrepreneurship, capable of coordinating interaction between economic entities is emerging, it is a business ecosystem. The study is aimed at critical analysis of scientific approaches to the interpretation of "business ecosystem" in order to work out a theoretical basis for the development of business ecosystems and fixing their elements. In the process of theoretical research, it has been established that Russian scientists, relying on foreign de- velopments, extend the frontiers of scientific inquiry of business ecosystem by studying ecosystems of various types of entrepreneurial activity, including industry entrepreneurship, take into account the spatial hierarchy of ecosystems, and pay attention to individual ele- ments in the structure of ecosystems. It is proposed to focus on the need to develop a regula- tory framework for working out a Strategy and a Concept for the Development of Business Ecosystems, which provisions can be used towards a wide range of ecosystems, as well as for formation of the law with a mechanism reflecting the features of functioning of business ecosystems that make various ecosystems efficient, capable of sustainable development.
