The article analyzes the motivation system of high-tech enterprises in Iran. We have considered the main participants, motivation systems, mechanisms and processes, as well as expert assessments of the impact of hygienic and motivational factors on employees of high-tech enterprises. The presented analysis can be adapted for enterprises of all industries throughout the world. The mechanisms presented in the motivation system make it possible to implement the planned activities and engage employees in the qualitative performance of their duties.
