REGULATION OF THE PROCESSES OF ECONOMIC MANAGEMENT IN MILITARY-INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX COMPANIES BY MEANS OF SYSTEM INTELLIGENCE

Economic management of military-industrial complex companies in the Russian Federation is an important challenge in the current conditions of the economy digitalization. The purpose of the economic management of military-industrial complex companies is to provide resources for system (natural and artificial in the aggregate) intelligence of the business multipliers specified by top management, which are achieved in the processes of production and distribution of products. We have described the method of economic management, based on the principle of complementary regulation, in which co-regulators are combined into the system intelligence of the organization. The basic component of system intelligence is represented by the control capabilities of management, the superstructure is represented by a toolkit of computational capabilities of artificial intelligence, distributed at the levels of the physical and virtual (ecosystem) economic spaces of the military-industrial complex. Economic spaces are defined by complementary structures, which together ensure that the organization achieves the desired values of financial and economic multipliers in the course of economic activity.
