Annotation:
In research work the analysis of educational potential and its influence on characteristics of labor market of the Republic of Buryatia is submitted. In chapter 1 definition of educational potential is given. The interrelation of educational potential with indicators of economic activity, employment, unemployment is shown. The author carried out the analysis of influence of educational potential on nature of employment, and also influence of educational potential on nature of unemployment.
