Annotation:
The article is devoted to the important problem of implementation new human re- source (HR) technologies in state civil service. Ministry of Labour and Social Protec- tion of the Russian Federation developed the system of comprehensive assessment (including social assessment) of civil servants’ professional performance and me- thodological toolkit for its implementation as part of realization Decree of the Rus- sian Federation President of July, 7, 2012 No. 601 "On main directions of public management improvement".The article discusses the possibility of comprehensive assessment in attestation of civil servants; analyzes the elements of comprehensive assessment system and the possibilities of its high-quality implementation in the Republic of Buryatia.
The article is based on the analysis of HR services work experience and attestation of civil servants in the Republic of Buryatia.
