STATISTICAL ANALYSIS OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISPARITY OF THE BURYAT REPUBLIC’S MUNICIPALITIES

The article deals with the problem of economic development disparity of the mu- nicipalities in the Buryat Republic. We offer to use variation coefficient for quanti- tative estimation of economic development disparity. In the research the calculated rate has been analyzed in dynamics. We highlight the specific features of economic territory. One of key aspects of the research is consideration of the factors influenc- ing economical disparity of municipal regions. It has been shown that irregularity in the distribution of some production factors affects the development of disparity in the region. A principal component regression equation, expressing the correla- tion between variation coefficient and pacing factors, has been obtained during this research. Based on the obtained results we have drawn conclusions on the nature of economical disparity in the Buryat Republic, and educed factors, contributing to its development in the region.
