HUMAN CAPITAL ASSETS AS A KEY DETERMINANT IN ADMINISTRATION OF MANAGERIAL DECISIONS IN SERVICE BUSINESSES

The article deals with directions for the prospective development of the process of manage- rial decisions administration in service businesses in the context of new social needs, dy- namic changes of environment and system of values in modern society. We have analyzed and generalized the machinery for effective decision-making in service organizations, re- vealed the features of human capital formation in a service economy, emphasized the trends and prospects of the Russian market of services. Administration of managerial decisions in service businesses includes the methodology and technology of decision making procedure; the psychological aspects of managerial decisions. It is proposed to assess the socio- economic consequences of managerial decisions by means of innovative administrative tools: “BSC”, “EFQM”, “САРАМА” models.
