FORMATION OF THE INFORMATION BASE FOR ANALYTICAL CALCULATIONS WITH THE USE OF A REGIONAL INPUT-OUTPUT MODEL

The article substantiates the need to form an information base for analytical calculations of regional socio-economic development in the sectoral context. As a methodological tool the method of cross-sectoral analysis was proposed. We made a comparative analysis of the economic activities in the primary, secondary and tertiary sectors of the economy of the Re- public of Buryatia and harmonization of their list in input-output tables with the forecast of the regional socio-economic development of the Republic of Buryatia for 2018–2020. An algorithm for aggregation of input-output tables in the Republic of Buryatia for analytical calculations is developed. The input-output table obtained after aggregation has a dimension of 44x44. We calculated the sectoral multipliers of gross output, the largest values of multi- pliers were observed in “Production, Transmission and Distribution of Electricity, Gas, Steam and Water” — 2.6, “Production of Beverages and Food” — 2.4, “Extraction of Other Minerals” — 2.3.
