Annotation:
In the conditions of modernization the domestic educational system, as well as in
accordance with the requirements of Federal State Educational Standards, the quality
of education underwent the significant changes. In the article we considered the
probem of managing pupil’s research activities as a component of educational process,
influencing the subjects of interaction, and their personal development. To find
the solution of the above-mentioned problem we analyzed the educational practice
and surveyed the teachers in educational organizations. As a result of the carried out
work we have found the deficits of teachers, who were competent in managing pupils’
research activities. Studу of scientific literature and the experience of scholarspractitioners
allowed us to test the methodology of teachers’ competence development
