The article presents a method for determining the level of coordination abilities of female students engaged in wellness aerobics, which involves mastering a complex program of motor actions, including simple and alternative steps of classical aerobics, with musical accompani- ment. The basis of the proposed method for assessing the level of motor coordination is the ability to process information coming from outside for a minimum period of time. The average time to complete unexpected motor tasks allow us to classify them into following coordination levels: high, medium and low. Test measurements provide the teacher with opportunity to arrange students in accordance with their physical abilities for expanding the range of percep- tion of complex motor program. Organization of educational process taking into account co- ordination abilities makes it possible to improve the efficiency of visual mark use and to re- duce significantly the time for mastering wellness aerobics.
