Annotation:
The article considers the methods that allow to adapt young specialists in the sphere of education. For recent years the popularity of such notion as personal marketing has been growing. In this case personal marketing in the sphere of educational management and marketing is considered.
The reforms in the sphere of education are aimed at training of specialists able to adapt to technological innovations. The attention should be paid to the factor that in modern conditions the role of education as a social institution is growing and a function related to the adaptation of the employee to the constantly changing conditions and requirements of society is also becoming among its main functions.
That is why the urgency of studying the process of adaptation, as well as the factors identifying it, first of all is determined, by the significance of adaptive mechanisms in the evolution of human society. The process of adaptation, as an objective process, plays a great role in any profession, including in the field of educational activities.
The educational activities as a field of educational management become a priority, and that is why management of labor adaptation will be one of its tasks.
