Annotation:
The article examines the practical activities of internal affairs officials on physical readi- ness necessary to maintain high combat readiness and a sufficient level of professionalism for work in the service environment.
Physical education in the law enforcement agencies aims to prepare employees for an operational decision of service and combat missions, the skillful use of physical strength, as well as ensuring high performance in the performance process. n the opinion of the authors, this article has become a time for applying the lessons on the Crossfit system to the law enforcement agencies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. Classes on the Crossfit system are still little studied and are known to a wide range, they require detailed study.
The founder of the Crossfit movement is Greg Glassman, a former gymnast from the United States, California. He developed his program more than 20 years ago.
Crossfit is a high-intensity training of various muscle groups (sometimes simultaneously several), which is aimed at the development of muscles, training of coronary-vascular and respiratory systems of human body.
