Annotation:
The article contains the description of the word NET, which acts as a predicate in an im- personal sentence (net Gen) in Russian oral discourse. Analysis of the material – the Corpus of the Russian oral everyday speech ―One Day of Speech‖ (ORD) reveals all the options for the ratio of the external stimulus / speech act of the speaker (different types of question, statements or absence of an external stimulus), and the response of the lis- tener or the speaker himself (speech acts of representative / constative, question, echo question, etc.). Analysis turned out that the word NET in oral everyday speech does not always serve as a way of expressing the speech act of a negative reaction, it is often used to express the representative / constative or included in the structure of a specific gram- matical construction.
