NEOCOMMUNISM AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE NOOSPHERIC PROSPECT

The article presents a reflexive and critical analysis of the concept of sustainable development and the philosophy of communism in the noospheric prospect. We prove that the philosophy of communism and the concept of sustainable development in their axiologi- cal attitudes (justice and harmony) are congenial and intersubstitutable as a humanistic strategy of mankind. As an example, we cite the "human-centered philosophy of sustainable development" of the People's Republic of China. Today, anti-communism attitudes are pre- vailing in the post-Soviet establishment. Based on the dialectic and synergetic method, we have revealed the anti-evolutionary nature of anti-communism. Communism in terms of the dialectical discourse of negation is characterized by us as anti-capitalism. In the context of this discourse, we adduce three dialectical proofs of the possibility of neo-communism. It is substantiated that Russia, which has the experience of socialist construction, will embody in the future the ideal of civilized high-tech communism on the path of sustainable de velop- ment. There are all the prerequisites for this upgrade: a large safe territory and huge natural resources, high technologies and culture, humanistic potential and the eidos of commonality.
