The article analyzes the synergistic ideas of developing harmony philosophy. The synergetic model of developing harmony describes the conditions of new properties that cause the extension of being definition at the bifurcation point. Here a new vector of development is arised in the process and as a result of birth of non-deterministic possibilities. Creation of non-chaotic and free for shewing novelty consists inability to preserve order in change and to cause change in order. The synergistic principle explains the admissibility of freedom and creativity of all forms of being in the world, covering space, nature, mankind and the results of its activities. The ideal of developing harmony and the assumption of unique and unstructured beginning of subjectivity in synergy makes it possible to reach the level of uniqueness and free creativity at the bifurcation point. Correlation of freedom, necessity and chance is presented as the main problem in understanding of the full base for development; herewith the models of choice and creativity are complementary.
