The article presents some preliminary theoretical and empirical results of the re- search and educational activities of Arts University in the context of the digitalization of Russian society. We have analyzed the state of training personnel for the sphere of culture and art in the "digital" era, and distinguished four directions for the development of educational resources: 1) study of modern digital technologies in the field of art and culture; 2) development of creative projects using digital technologies; 3) work out of scenarios for training programs that develop the necessary competencies according to existing methods (conscious or rational actions); 4) planning of scenario for creative activity of the master as a system of rational and irrational actions using the three-dimensional model of intellectual activity by J. Gilford and the four links model by G. Wallace. Relying on our previous stud- ies and research of other domestic scientists, we prove that for the effective implementation of digital educational resources in the educational process, it is necessary to develop a tech- nology for the mental activity of a creative person — the master, and to create a system of operational actions, which is a combination of both rational and irrational actions. It is an actualization of the artificial intelligence system with a database of non-standard solutions of a creative person, or a system of "artificial emotional intelligence".
