PROBLEMS OF YOUTH SOCIALIZATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF SOCIAL UNCERTAINTY

The article analyzes the current problems of youth socialization in the face of growing tension and uncertainty of the development of social reality scenarios. We have emphasized the growing socializing role of the higher education system. The destructive changes in the institution of education (dehumanization and destandardization, permanent reforming, collapse of traditional patterns of education and entrenchment of economic models) led to the difficulties in professional socialization and adaptation of the new generation. We have determined the features of the youth socialization in the modern education system: the plurality of social reality, methodological pluralism and synthesis of methodological foundations, insufficiency of practice-oriented training, infantilization of the population and a "syndrome of delayed maturity", psychological immaturity, lack of preparedness for independent personal and professional decisions, growing qualification requirements of employers dictated by the need to ensure the socio-economic development of the regions and the state as a whole.
