Annotation:
The article deals with the specifics of practical shooting training. Currently the most acute prob- lem in practical shooting is preparation of highly skilled athletes, which will be able to meet competition with the strongest shooters at Russian, European and world championships. Based on the analysis of shooters training methods and tools, we offer a comprehensive program and training methodology for training athletes of Russian Internal Affairs Department. The plan for preparation of practicing shooters includes technical and tactical, general, special physical and psychological training in complex. To substantiate the worked out methodology and organiza- tion of training process we offer a model of practicing shooter based on the main model charac- teristics. The results of pedagogical experiment allow us to develop practical recommendations on organization of training process and complex methodology for practical shooting.
