The proportion of transdisciplinary research in today’s scientific knowledge is in- creasing, their task is to transfer cognitive, methodological schemes from one science to another. So, following natural and exact sciences, synergetic concep- tions are actively developed in social and humanitarian spheres. Doctrine of frac- tals has played an important role in revealing synergistic manifestations of the processes of different nature. The basic concepts of fractal geometry are very ef- fective in the process of describing social phenomena. They help to see the simple in the complex, the regular in the chaotic, and the monotonous in the diverse. In this regard, we have made an attempt to reveal the essence of state image by means of fractal methodology, namely, to consider it as one of the examples of conceptual fractal.
