Annotation:
Generally, Mongolian work force of the level of education and literacy levels are high. However, the employment rate decreased and the number of unemployed rate increased year by year. Unemployed people, who are tends to be younger generation. These are become a social headaches. We need to provide the employment system to improve as well as more effective employment policy that social stability. For my research explained the proposed condition to work force, such as problems, their causes, actions and others issues, including some analysis for Mongolian human recourse and work force indicators.
