At a turn of centuries in the Russian Federation was 19,1 million children and teenagers at the age of 10–17 years that made 16,8% to total number of residents of the country. In turn, health level, both modern youth, and future generations, directly depends on a state of health of present teenage girls — future mothers. The social and economic, political and cultural transformations which happened in the last decades in the territory of the Russian Federation were followed by considerable decrease in consumer ability of the population, liberalization of sexual morals, sharp change of moral priorities, personal and social values in society. Socially determined changes of the standard of reproductive behavior of teenagers and young people on less safe, associated with high risk of abortions and infections, sexually transmitted (STD) were a consequence of these transformations.
