CLINICAL CASE OF SUCCESSFUL SURGICAL TREATMENT OF PARARENAL ANEURYSM IN AORTA ABDOMINAL REGION

The paper presents a clinical case of successful surgical treatment of pararenal aneurysm of the aorta abdominal region. Patient C, 69 years old, was admitted to RCH named after N. A. Semashko with the diagnosis of multifocal atherosclerosis. Aneurysm of the aorta ab- dominal region. Occlusion of the CIA on the left, subocclusion of the common iliac artery on the right. Hink 2b stage. Surgical treatment was performed – the resection of the abdominal aortic aneurysm, aorto-femoral bifurcation of the abdominal aorta with reimplantation of the renal arteries and the inferior mesenteric artery into the vascular prosthesis. The postoperative period was uneventful. The patient was discharged on day 19 after surgery in a satisfactory condition.
