Evaluation of the effectiveness of the program of preparation for IVF in terms of women's consultation GBUZ "city polyclinic №1".
The article tells about the problems of infertility in married couples, the analysis of the work in the conditions of women's consultation of the municipal polyclinic №1. The results of the analysis showed that 49 IVF procedures were performed (3 IN Moscow, 4 in Irkutsk and 42 in "diamed"MC). According to the results of IVF, about 50% is positive and 50% is negative. Negative results are observed in women with a duration of infertility more than 10 years and in the age group over 40 years. Of the 49 cycles of pregnancy in 21 women. Of these, 4 pregnancies ended in miscarriages failed by the type of embryo death. 16 children were born in 12 women, 4 of them twins. 9 women are currently registered.
