Epithelial coccygeal passagesare widespread in pathology. The diagnosis of this pathology has no special difficulties. The problem is the choice of the treatment method and the reha- bilitation of patients during the postoperative period when applying the primary stitches in a wound after the excision of a high percentage of complications and relapses. The use of techniques of filing edges towards the bottom of the skin wound healing of deadlines is ac- companied by an increased period of rehabilitation up to 1.5 months and more. The open method of keeping the wound is characterized by a minimum percentage of relapses, but wound healing time increases from a few months to a year. Plastic surgery with the closure of wounds displaced flap did not find wide application. Therefore, in each case, specialists select the best tactical and technical approach, depending on the situation.
