Annotation:
In clinical practice, there are often situations when under the guise of cranio-cerebral trauma, may be tears of cerebral aneurysms. Their verification remains quite difficult, de- spite the availability of highly imaging radiation equipment. We present three such surveil- lance when a vessel in the brain aneurysm rupture was not verified when the primary sur- vey, even after trepanation.
