GOODPASTURE’S SYNDROME

A case of postmortem diagnosis of a rare collagenous disease, Goodpasture's Syndrome, is presented in a patient who had a new coronavirus infection COVID-19 a year earlier, manifested by recurrent hemoptysis. The study was carried out using histo- chemical and electron microscopic methods. Showing morphological changes that occur in the lungs and kidneys, with hemorrhagic necrotizing alveolitis and segmental necrotizing glomerulitis.
