The work is based on a post-mortem examination of synchronised breast cancer in a young pregnant woman, 28 years old, diagnosed at 33 weeks of gesta- tion. Microscopic examination of breast tissue among fibrous tissue determines the ac- cumulation of solid trabecular complexes formed by monomorphic cells with a light cyto- plasm with hyperchromic nuclei. Tumor with necrosis and hemorrhages. Cancerous em- boli are detected in the lumen of the vessels
