Annotation:
The article examines a round of quality control of preliminary chemicotoxicolog- ical studies in 2023 among 17 medical organizations in the Republic of Bashkortostan. Anonymized biomaterial samples (urine) were used, which were distributed to medical or- ganizations and analyzed using automatic interpretation devices for immunochromato- graphic express tests. The obtained results were provided to the clinical diagnostic labora- tory of the Republican Addiction Treatment Center of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Bashkortostan for further verification and the data analysis. The evaluation of the results was done by comparing the submitted results with the information on the samples available to the clinical diagnostic laboratory. Such interlaboratory comparative tests have allowed us for assessing the quality of preliminary chemicotoxicological studies in 2023 among major medical organizations in the Republic of Bashkortostan, covering a significant portion of such studies, and identifying key deficiencies and errors.
