Zhongar-Alatau State National Park was created in 2010 for the conservation of biodiversity and natural mountain landscapes having special ecological, enetic, historical and aesthetic value. On the territory of Zhongar-Alatau National Park 86 species of micromycetes from 6 classes were found. Rust fungi and ascomy- cetes are the most widespread. Class Ascomycetes was represented by 4 sub- classes (Dothideomycetidae, Erysiphomycetidae, Leotiomycetidae, Sordariomy- cetidae), 7 orders, 8 families, 18 genera and 32 species. Two species of infec- tious agents of leaf curl were found from the class Taphrinomycetes, subclass Taphrinomycetidae, order Taphriniales, Taphrinaceae family. There were 37 species of 9 genera, 6 families and 2 orders from class Urediniomycetes on the territory of study. One species from the class Ustilaginomycetes was found. Im- perfect fungi were represented by two classes on the territory of study. 10 species of 9 genera from the class Hyphomycetes were found, and only 4 species of 4 genera — from class Coelomycetes.
